SORDI manufacture lines and machines for the production yogurt.
The main types of yogurt are:
  • Stirred yoghurt: the ripening takes place in special ripening tanks. Yoghurt can be added with fruits.

  • Set Yoghurt: ripening takes place in the fi-nal container without breakage.

  • Liquid yoghurt: ripening takes place in special ripening tanks with a special break-age phase.

Ripening of stirred yoghurt is carried out in specially designed ripening tanks, usually kept under sterile air and/or nitrogen to improve the commercial life of yoghurt.

The double positive pump dosing system is also used for fruits addition.
Two flowmeters control the hourly output and consequently the corresponding amounts/ratio of yoghurt /fruit. If requested, yoghurt can also undergo a thermization process.
