The recombining lines for fruit juices and diffe-rent drinks foresee:
  • Preparation of sugar syrup
  • Water mixing with fruit concentrates, flavours or other ingredients.
  • The mixing lines can be of two different types:
  • discontinuous: the components are mixed in tanks. Working system can be either automatic or manual. Dosing with relevant °Brix control can be done, on request, automatically with pneumatic valves, refractometer and control PLC with an automatic receipt system
  • continuous and automatic: with an in-line refractometric control and regulating system and the automatic receipt controlled by PLC.
