Special plants for three-dimensional extrusion molding for low-waste production of three-dimensionally convoluted in space hose bands used, e.g., in motor-car industry, such as filler hose bands & intake ducts for motor cars as well as for the production of articles for high-temperature applications & parts for household appliances.

In the production of the above articles using a conventional extrusion blow molding process pressing takes place at the mold parting line resulting in excessive flash formation & surrounding pressing seams. In this case the application of "Kautex Maschinenbau" machines for three-dimensional blow molding contributes to the considerable saving of material, energy, cycle times and, last not least, investments.
