Extrusion – blow molding plants, КЕВ & КСС types, for packaging products & technical parts having the capacity ranging from a few milliliters up to 30 liters as well as large-size blow molding plants, KBS & KBSH types, designed for products up to 5 m long & having the capacity of up to 10000 liters. These include extrusion blow molding plants for 3 D molding like K3D for the production of hose bands convoluted in space & special КРС machines for the production of 20-l water bottles from polycarbonate.

All plants are of a modular layout & may optimally comply with the requirements currently in force and any time they can be technologically modified by replacing assemblies: for coextruded blow molds, for the process for producing marking lines, labeling within the mold, etc.

Besides. "Kautex Mschinenbau" is engaged in the development, design & assembly of systems for extrusion bow molding as complex production centers & lines containing all peripheral equipment. They enable to implement maximum possible automation of production operations, to ensure productivity gain & further quality improvement and thus, direct considerable efforts to cost reduction.
