- a special mixer provided with manual feed of components & manual feed of batter & cream to the line,
- a complex including an intermediate container, pumps, pipelines & a system for automatic feeding of batter or cream to the line;
- a complete complex provided with automatic feeding & dosing of raw materials an feeding of batter or cream to the line.

Delicate & homogeneous cream filling is obtained due to the application of a mixing turbine, reliable & simple in operation and provided with three tools for the ingredient mixing including a turbine running at high revolutions.
