They can be offered in diverse structural designs: ranging from a small standard machine equipped with one contact or slab spreader head & a stacker to complete complexes embracing several spreader heads for various fillings, a sprinkler, a pressing device, a device for nut deposition & a folding device for hollow wafers, a cover sheet station, etc.

In order to automatically maintain the preset weight of a wafer slab within the desired limits the line is supplemented with a check weigher provided with a signal system for a spreader roller for the relevant increase or decrease of its rotational speed.
