Flat wafers
They are produced with fine, medium & deep reeding, engraving,
in the square, rhomb form, the company logo, etc.
As a rule, such products are offered with one or two types
of cream filling; soft caramel, fruit masses, etc. may also
be used as a filling.
Wafer bars, candies & cakes
The above products can also be referred to flat wafers which
are complemented by a top filling layer sprinkled with chopped
nuts or other material, glazing, decoration. Products in the
form of a chocolate bar with a wafer sheet are the most expensive.
Shaped wafers & products with a wafer shell
These are products composed of two filled halves integrated
into a single body. They feature diverse shapes: balls, tubes,
pyramids, in the shape of a nut, fruit, berry, figurine of
animals, etc.
Quite often a filling can be replaced by a whole kernel of
a nut or chopped nut.
Outer finishing: glazing, sprinkling, decoration.
Wafer bread
Process engineering is similar to the wafer sheet baking.
The difference lies in dough formula, thickness & shape
of the sheet surface.
Variety of this kind of production can be obtained due to
various dough receipts, by the employment of two types of
dough simultaneously for baking two-color products and by
means of different types of sprinkling.
Bio container
This is a new trend. Products represent biologically decomposable
packing bowls different in terms of shapes & sizes.
The can be suited for the "fast food" line for
hamburgers, soups, rice, etc.
