Portable turning unit:

 This portable turning unit was developed especially for mounting on large sized lathes.
 It is used for internal turning of large cylinders with a diameter of 2,000 mm and a length of 10,000 mm.
 The unit consists of a guide housing with integrated feed drive, which is prepared for mounting onto an existing tailstock lower part, and a guide beam with internal turning unit. The tool holders and a circular guide head are provided on the internal turning unit. As an option a belt grinding attachment can also be integrated.

Cross support for portable turning operations:

 This portable unit is used for machining of roll crushing mills. The enhanced, rigid guide bed is provided in steel welded design. It is provided with hardened and ground cam grooves. As an alternative the unit cam also be equipped with a milling or grinding attachment.
 The longitudinal slide is made of cast iron and is provided with dove-tail guides for guiding the cross slide. Due to the large-scaled travel ways over turning of the complete roll is possible without support readjustment. Both slides can be adjusted by servo-drive or manual hand wheels. A heat protection shield and additional guide way covers with heat resistant plates protect the unit during machining.

CNC inclined bed turning center HSDD 260:

The working range of this special purpose machine goes up to 6,000 mm length and a pipe diameter of 250 mm. It is designed for the complete machining of the ends of flange pipes.

The machining center including accessory equipment consists of:
 double side inclined bed lathe for turning, drilling and milling
 endless chain high shelf magazine with 400 work piece spaces
 special lift truck for work piece exchange
 gripping device, loading and unloading unit
 automatic deburring station
 special crane unit with automatic diagonal pull

Pipe end machining center SFZ 6300 NC:

This machine was especially designed for machining the end parts of aluminum flange pipes. Two separate machining units, each with 2 main spindles and each with 5 NC axes work parallel on both ends of the pipes.
