The heart of an endmaking line is its press.

The production speed of an endmaking line can be significantly raised with the integration of a multi-die press.

Our sheet feed multi-die press UNIPRESS is capable of stamping and forming up to 8 ends in one stroke. Via conveyor system the ends are transported to one or two curling machines operating in parallel line. Further down the line, compound lining machines and drying ovens apply lining compound to each end.

Since a manual quality control becomes impossible at such high production speed, our multi-die lines are equipped with a video monitoring and inspection system.

A comprehensive range of components including scroll shears, curling machines, compound lining machines and drying ovens – all built in our Swiss plant in Bergietikon – enable us to offer turnkey system tailored to individual requirements.
