KSP presses are designed for the production of sand-lime brick & blocks up to 625 mm high.

The peculiarity of this press is a double-acting pressure working of the raw material by means of an oil-hydraulic drive using upper & lower rams. Computer-controlled ram movements contribute to the optimization of pressure formation, thus providing for pressing of sand-lime brick body in the required homogeneity & with a uniform strength of material across the whole section.

The measurement system computes the ram passage track, the required pressure force with a piston stroke. If necessary, the control system adjusts the filling height so that with each piston stroke blanks could retain preset properties at constant pressure.

Mold devices are fixed in the operating position by means of hydraulic tires. This system is ideally suited for a fast change-over of plates when changing the product format.
