Sollich Candymaster®-Shellmaster®
The Candymaster® sets novel standards in starchless molding
of products. It exhibits the unsurpassed simplicity &
flexibility in operation as well as the design handy for maintenance.
The Candymaster® is a flexible & ideal machine for
all types of molding, one- or two-color products, filled products
made by the "one-shot" process.
All functions such as the molding process, mold motion, mold
lifting as well as the automatic product ejection are completely
synchronized, easily programmable & are graphically displayed
for the user. All parameter changes can be loaded into the
memory. The set of parameters is stored in the memory &
can be called simply by pushing the button.
The Candymaster® is a novel plant designed for starchless
molding of hard-boiled sweets.
1. A dual-lane molding machine provided with two hoppers
for one-color products (Fig..1). The molding machine is capable
of operating with two various colors for the manufacture of
products having two different colors simultaneously.
Output: up to 120 lanes/min
2. A dual-lane molding machine for two-color products or
filled products (One-Shot) (Fig..2).
Output: up to 55 lanes/min
3. A four-lane molding machine equipped with two hoppers
for one-color products (Fig..3). The molding machine is capable
of operating with two various colors for the manufacture of
products having two different colors simultaneously.
Output: up to 240 lanes/min
4. A four-lane depositor (provided with 2 hoppers) for two-color
products or filled products (One-Shot) (Fig..4).
Output: up to 110 lanes/min
5. A three-lane molding machine for three-color products
(Fig.5).
Output: up to 55 lanes/min
The plant is suitable for the production of clear fruit &
mint hard-boiled sweets, milk hard-boiled sweets, solid toffee,
etc., and, if required, it is possible to manufacture two-color
or filled products using the "one-shot" process.
The depositing hopper can also be divided across the plant
width to enable simultaneous molding of various masses &
products of different shapes.
A double-zone cooling tunnel equipped with 2 evaporators
& heavy-duty fans ensures uniform & efficient cooling
of the product.
Ascending hoods provide for an access to the tunnel inner
section.
The Shellmaster® - this name stands for a new generation
of starchless molding plants. For the first time it became
possible to manufacture products, apart from single- and multicolor
or "one-shot" products, composed of a shell &
a filling like "Assorted candies" making use of
the new process (patented).
Advantages:
Depending
on the mass in use a filling may amount to 50% in a candy.
Very soft fillings both fat - & sugar-based may be used.
Large
additives (nuts, fruit, etc.) may be included. Similar to
products enclosed into the chocolate shell a filling may be
covered by a layer of mass.
