of high-viscous & shape-retaining masses (e.g., nougat,
marzipan) as well as aerated & foamed masses (e.g., soufflé
sweetmeat).

Basic resources of the WDS extruder for the manufacture of
the range of products:
piece
products: mono products - nougat, marzipan, dome-like, rope-,
bar-shaped; products consisting of two masses – multilayer
products, knot-, ring-shaped figures, etc. combined from two
masses.
ropes:
mono products – rectangular, round; double-layer products
– masses simultaneously extruded by means the extrusion die,
spiral, ellipse-shaped, round.
