Confec 372 plant is a modular flexible production line of the second generation designed for the production of a wide range of both solid & filled chocolate products from hollow shells – ranging from small-size candies to praline containing a liquid cherry filling. The plant features a high capacity amounting to 600 - 6000 kg/h (10–35 molds /min). The unique process flexibility is in harmony with a feasibility to utilize molds of various sizes as well as to vary the parameters of the final product yield.

The installation of various additional equipment, i.e., enrobing systems, devices for filling nuts, biscuit, granulated products or for liquid or solid fillings enables quick adaptation of the WDS Confec 372 plant to any production conditions & objectives.
