Mini-Confec 272 is a compact plant of a modular design having the capacity of up to 250 kg/h (5–10 molds/min) designed for the production of solid & filled chocolate products.

The plant is completely of stainless steel execution. Its characteristic features are as follows – simplicity & comfort of maintenance, servicing & cleaning. The manually operated basic module includes an infrared mold heating system, a depositor & a vibration table. Due to the extension with additional modules, e.g., a cooling cabinet, a demolding device, a return circuit the plant can be easily transformed into a completely automatic line offering the closed production cycle. The above mentioned contributes to the quick adaptation of the production process to the consumer market changing demands, which is specifically true for medium-sized companies.
