Sucromaster®

Sucromaster® is a line for the production of hard caramel
masses with the output capacity of up to 4000 kg/h.
The central part of the plant is a discharge screw from the
vacuum chamber which, operating under high vacuum, enables
to admix flavoring, coloring agents & acid at low temperature
in the mixer.
The mass is uniformly applied on a tempering conveyor &
passes several tempering zones with different temperatures
where it is cooled down & repeatedly turned over. The
conveyor length depends on the required output capacity. Parallel
processing of two caramel ropes is possible.
Sucromaster® is used for the production of sugar masses
for unfilled & high- filled caramel, masses for hard milk
caramel, whipped & layered masses, medicated caramel as
well as caramel based on sugar substitutes.

Sucrotwist® - is a highly efficient compact cooking plant
suitable for the production of practically any sugar masses.
The mass is fed via the heat exchanger upwards through a spiral-like
channel against the resistance of vertical steam tubes. The
resulting turbulence & a large heat-transfer surface lead
to the reduction in cooking time & improvement in the
product quality.
From the tempering conveyor a cooled sugar rope is fed to
the Sucroform® embossing plant. A batch roller, a rope
stretcher, an embossing chain & a cooling tunnel form
a single system.
A new embossing chain was specially developed for the Sucroform®
plant. High-filled products retain their quality even at the
rope speed exceeding 200 m/min.
When switching over to another product format the embossing
chain can be replaced within a very short period of time.
The production line for starchless molding of molded hard
caramel includes a kitchen containing the Sucrofilm cooker
which enables to produce molded fruit & milk caramel or
multicolor products using the one-shot technology.
The advantageous feature of the Sucrofilm film cooker is
its ideal compliance with the requirements with high constancy
of all parameters used in the process which produces a decisive
effect on the final product quality. Following the evaporation
– vacuum chamber the mass can be divided into several streams
& directed to the station of flavoring, coloring agent
& acid dosing. Thus, it is possible to mold multicolor
products.
Another advantage is a very short (few seconds) residence
time of the mass within the cooking space contributing to
minimization of the inversion and, hence, mass hygroscopicity.
In order to perform lab tests of new products a complex Sucromaster®
line has been designed & assembled which includes the
Sucroform® embossing plant. Tests can be carried out on
a commercial scale. Thus, all customers are afforded an opportunity
to test their novel products & define at once the suitability
of the equipment for manufacturing their products. All trials
are supervised by high-skilled experienced company specialists.
