Autograv® series includes various recipe stations having the weigh capacity ranging from 150 to 750 liters; either without heating or water- or steam-heated. Depending on ingredients incorporated into the recipe a weigh tank is equipped with relevant weighing devices. A high degree of crystal dissolution guarantees precise weighing of any components.

Ingredients available in any recipes in small amounts can be dosed volumetrically or by means of a screw conveyor (loss in weight principle). Memory of the weigh microprocessor integrated into the common control system of the production line enable to process up to 99 various recipes. All information on the production process may be requested from the general screen contributing to the convenience in maintenance.

Special attention is paid to the execution in compliance with sanitary norms. A frame structure for the reception of the Autograv® weigh system is made of high-quality steel pipes.

A sufficient distance from the floor facilitates & accelerates the equipment cleaning.
