A continuous high-efficient forming, cutting & wrapping machine for double twist wrapping of hard & soft caramels, toffees, chew candies & chewing gum is designed for the processing of products featuring square, rectangular or round section.

In a standard version the WHD machine is provided with an automatic control system for the adaptation of the machine rotational speed to the condition of the product feed which is delivered in a rope form by a high-precision cutting unit as well as an automatic device for the packing material splicing enabling to avoid the equipment downtime.

The application of the continuous mode of operation provides for the product friendly transfer from the cutting unit to the wrapping head.

Unwrapped products or products wrapped into a spliced packaging material are automatically ejected.
