A high-efficient forming, cutting & wrapping machine for hard & soft caramels, toffees, chewy candies & chewing
gum employing a double twist, side fold and/or fold pattern.

In a standard design the U1-I machine is equipped with a device for the preliminary equalization {leveling}, a water-cooled guillotine-type knife, a loader operating in a cycle mode & designed for feeding rope-shaped products, as well as an automatic device for a packing material splicing which enables to avoid the equipment downtime.

The packing material feed is performed continuously from a roll and is actuated automatically by means of a feeler detecting availability of products fed in the form of a rope.
