A continuous high-efficient machine for wrapping of chocolate products, molded or coated, filled & unfilled
employing the Bunch method.

The EMC machine is equipped with an electronically-controlled loading & synchronization system composed of an accumulation belt (for accumulation of products), a belt for by the piece separation of products ensuring the relevant positioning of products and a synchronizing unit provided with a built-in chain conveying products to the position of their pick-up {selection, unloading} & providing for the accurate synchronization with the machine operation cycle.

By means of an optic device for the control of the total length of accumulated products the machine rotational speed is adjusted as a function of the product feed condition. The continuous mode of the equipment operation ensures a product-friendly processing. The scope of the standard equipment includes the automatic device for the packing material splicing enabling to avoid the equipment downtime.

Unwrapped products or products packaged into a spliced material are automatically ejected.
