The Glossmaster multipurpose cooling tunnels are designed
for all types of cooling: radiation, convection & contact
cooling. They can be executed as chambers provided with only
air cooling or can be equipped with water cooled plates beneath
conveyor belts.
Each zone can be individually set to one of cooling patterns
(radiation or convection) in order to select the correct temperature
condition for cooling glaze based both on the tempered chocolate
mass & a substitute.
A cooling chamber is completely isolated via support plates
& housings made of molded polyurethane. This material
ensures the highest degree of isolation & meets the requirements
of GMP standards.
A convenient access to products made available with the help
of folding or removable housings contributes to the fast &
qualitative cleaning. Solely corrosion-proof materials are
employed in the product contact zone.
The technique of the Glossmaster® machines rests on a
long-term experience & is characterized by the efficiency
of concepts proven in practice. It features high reliability
under a long-term operation, low maintenance & servicing
expenses and a modular design.
The Glossmaster® coating process ensures uniform coating
in terms of weight & quality, gloss products as well as
their long shelf life. The following patterns of coating are
possible: complete coating, bottom coating or partial coating
of products.
The double-chamber execution of the Glossmaster® coating
machine ensures the invariable degree of chocolate tempering
due to the continuous mass rotation. Both sections of the
machine are water heated & are provided with the individual
temperature regulation.

The chocolate mass circulating without pulsation within the
front section of the tank is fed to the double curtain device.
Since the tempered mass is fed in the amount higher as compared
to that required for coating the excess mass is flowing into
the warmer second section where the decrystallization process
occurs. Such temperature condition prevents the mass build-up
within the coating machine even with possible 3 - shift operation.
Crumbs which are washed away in the process of coating are
fed to the second section together with the chocolate excess.
By means of a return pump these residues are delivered for
sieving.
The Glossmaster® CTR is mounted on a frame which enables
easy pulling out of a carriage containing the mass. This feature
not only facilitates the machine cleaning when changing the
mass but also facilitates maintenance since a complete access
to each of its assemblies is available.
However, the outstanding aspect of the machine is its hygienic
design. The Glossmaster® CTR is available in a specific
execution well-suited for washing with water.
In this case a mesh conveyor & integrated parts are washed
using special nozzles located on a common incorporated strip.
By this water penetration into the top section of the machine
is prevented.
On the completion of the mash conveyor cleaning the carriage
is pulled out and all pumps circulate wash water within all
inner pipelines including the pipe designed for the chocolate
curtain feed.
In order to accelerate cleaning it is possible to add fat
– dissolving surfactants into water.
In the course of the Glossmaster® engineering due attention
was paid to the convenience of the access to all functional
units of the machine, a well-considered facing & the provision
for the sufficient free space beneath machines for quick &
qualitative cleaning.
In a standard execution the Glossmaster® CTR provides
for diverse comfort:
pulsation-free
uniform double curtain
height-adjustable
device for bottom coating,
blowing
device offering balanced air flow in order to ensure a uniform
glaze weight,
pneumatic
vibrator,
height
& amplitude-adjustable shaft for bottom leveling equipped
with a scraper,
long
service life of a mesh belt due to the ideal system of belt
movement,
heated
& height-adjustable detailing shaft,
precise
temperature condition of mass as well as space within the
machine
computer-aided
control system & completely telescopic carriage,
hygienic
design.
The Glossmaster® BT is a device designed for bottom coating
with compound or chocolate. In case of chocolate coating this
device can be installed into the circuit of the tempering
unit of the successive coater.
Special components for each specific product are available;
these include: feed systems, spot & line decorators, product
turn-over devices, a grate for holding emerging products,
devices for coat removal from the product bottom, dusters,
powderers & devices for the formation of needle- shaped
projections.
