Chocoform®- Prageanlage PSL

TheChocoform® PSL plant is designed for the production
of chocolate shells, balls, eggs or chocolate "coffee
beans". Tempered chocolate is evenly applied between
two highly cooled rollers having the diameter of 400 mm. Molding
of the product slab is performed with the formation of skins
between individual products which is stipulated by the distance
between two rollers.
With further processing in a cooling tunnel the product slab
undergoes crystallization & fracture. In the sieving drum
products are then separated from skins. They can be further
subjected to panning.
