Enromat® M5 is a high-quality enrobing machine offering various capacities & differing from other plants in terms of the perfection of hygienic standards, easy cleaning & simple servicing. The newly designed system for the cooling process control in the cooling tunnel set for the required capacity provides for the superior gloss of the product & contributes to its long-term shelf life. The up-to-date computer-controlled system provided with the graphic display of the information traces all parameters of the product currently in production. It includes the on-line brief help in management, support in "hard situations" as well as reminds of the necessity to perform maintenance work using the integrated running time control system. The Enromat® M5 machine is available in the working width ranging from 820 to 2600 mm.

The Enromat® M5-CIP system is the first enrobing machine specifically designed for the intensive cleaning by automatic washing & drying. The whole process is completely computerized.

The principle of a dishwasher operation is taken as a basis. Cleaning effect is achieved due to the circulation of hot water which is fed from nozzles under pressure. The process of washing is completed with drying in a flow of warm air.

The specially designed system of hot water circulation features low water & electric energy consumption. The duration of washing & drying operations is adjustable depending on the degree of contamination.
