For the positioning of the formwork geometry directly onto the area of its erection.

Advantages:
- reduction in the process time, hence, more efficient usage of the plant production capacity
- provision for the similar precision & quality of reinforced concrete elements being produced
- precise, fast,& fault-free drawing of sophisticated geometries

Structural design:
- traveling mechanisms as bridge & gantry structures
- plants are equipped with separate toothed tires ensuring maximum travel speed

Technique:
- the formwork geometry is positioned using the jet method & remains visible for the whole duration of the process of its erection & a precast product manufacture
- water-thinned & readily removable paint is used for the geometry positioning
- dynamic servo drives ensure rapid operating speed (as an average appr. 12 m2/min).
- a control unit serves for communication with computer-aided design systems or a central production processor in "online" & "offline" mode
- possibility of combination with the device for the erection of transversal formwork as well as with the cleaning & lubricating device (MRP).

Robot for positioning of a form & magnets

For automation of production operations contributing to the enhancement of profitability as well as quality of manufacture of precast reinforced concrete elements.

- precision of the formwork positioning in the production of flat elements of reinforced concrete structures with exact observance of all dimensions thereof
- production process reliability due to 100-per cent precise reproduction of the drawing on the formwork surface

- longer formwork service life due to the automation of manipulation, cleaning & lubrication processes

Magnet boxes & formwork profiles

For imparting the preset configuration, dimensions to structures being concreted, for assuring quality of their surface & geometry. They accelerate formwork operations providing for flexibility in the production of a wide frequently variable range of commodities.

Delivery pattern:

 holding magnets & formwork systems for the production of elements of double walls & floor slabs
- longitudinal formwork profiles
- transversal formwork profiles for the erection both manually & be means of a robot
 formwork systems for the production of facade & cast-in-situ elements
- longitudinal & transversal formwork profiles with or without a joint grouted with cement mortar
- profiles for the production of floor supports
- profiles for wall jointing.

All profiles with the formwork height of up to 400 mm are produced at the customer request.

Magnets & profiles & erected (removed) both manually & be means of a cross-piece & by means of a robot for formwork positioning.

- Flexible formwork & magnet systems
- ML magnet strips offering the improved design & adhering force of up to 1000 kg.
- MES 18000, a new series of holding magnets, exhibiting high adhering force & low weight. They are ideally suited for operation with special wooden or metal formwork profiles.
- Х-Flex hold-down systems in combination with standard magnet strips. They are suited for settling various problems related to attachment in concrete work.
- flexible formwork profile for the erection of a semi-circular geometry, e.g. for the production of balcony slabs
- individual attachment by means of a system of MSM massive support magnets
