Hoisting equipment & beam manipulators

For thorough stripping, lifting & safe manipulation of wall elements, floors & floor beams

Turning devices

For holding & turning of concrete elements in the production of double walls

Two types of rotary devices are available differing in the type of element holding:
а) those with hydraulic holders,
б) those with vacuum holders.

Hoisting- traveling devices for pallets

For lifting & transportation of pallets with concrete elements, their delivery to the drying chamber & extraction from it.

Traveling platform

For transportation of pallets along the circulation line with the possibility for their extraction & delivery to the intermediate finishing stations.

Manipulators

For tilting pallets with finished elements to the angle of 70-80° in order to reduce load on elements during their handling by crane.

They are provided with a hydraulic drive & a special beam for element holding & prevention of the element slip off the pallet while its turning.
