Battery molds

The basis of the battery method is a product molding in stationary battery molds composed of several vertical metal molds- compartments. A reinforcing cage is first placed into the molds which is then filled with concrete followed by vibration. Heat treatment is performed by contact heating through the mold walls. Upon the completion of heat treatment the mold walls are moving apart & products are stripped by means of a traveling crane. The battery method is suited for the manufacture of plane products (floor slabs, wall panels, etc.)

Circulation lines

Using the circulation method pallets with products are conveyed from one process station to the other (marking-out station, formwork erection, placement of concrete, reinforcement, vibro - compaction, etc.) by means of special rollers. Pallet transport may be effected both longitudinally & transversally with respect to the span with the possibility of their delivery to the intermediate finishing stations. Due to this method heat treatment is performed in special drying chambers.
