The BLIZZARD plant

This is a tilting table machine for the stationary production of different products. The application of the tilting process enables the automation of the production process and products which previously had been produced by casting & using vibration tables which involved high labor expenses can now be produced automatically which results in the reduction of production costs.

The BLIZZARD offers high efficiency in the production of:

drain channels

cable channels

cover slabs

frame elements

small vessels

manhole base units

Technical data:

product maximum dimensions 1500 x 1500 x 1400 mm

product weight up to 2000 kg

production cycle duration from 1,5 up to 4 min

Advantages:

a single person attendance including a completely automated system for the product curing & the integrated product packaging system.

fast switch over to the manufacture of another product for which only 10-15 minutes are required for the mold exchange. No further actions related to adjustment & setup are required.

hydraulic mold clamping system

negligible noise load in the course of the production

high profitability due to the tilting process of production with no need for pallets and demolding directly onto a steel pallet

negligible product tolerances due to steel pallets

lack of the pallet contact with the vibrator during its operation

compact design due to optimum dimensions of the crane-robot & rack design (European patent).
