ZELUS, the automatic plant designed for concrete product manufacturing
using the molding process
The production process using the ZELUS plant
is based on the principle of circulation. It means that a
single crane-robot within the 8-hour shift operation in a
completely automatic mode manages up to 130 battery molds
having the dimensions of up to 6000 x 1400 x 1200 mm at various
sections, e.g. rigging, feeding & demolding or picking
them up for storing in the mold storage.
The application of self-compacting concrete (SCC) using the
ZELUS plant affords the unique possibility to manufacture
various products:
