Depanning
The Scrabler Depanner can be used to take small bread from flat baking trays (a rim does not have to be a problem). The main component of the scrabler is a short belt conveyor with a "small radius nose". Often a driven soft round brush is installed above the scrable position to prevent products to roll back. Kaak Suction DepannerThe Suction Depanner is a machine to take the baked products from the baking pan or tray. By means of a pick-and-place principle, a vacuum head is positioned above the bread pans. The (exchangeable) suction head is picking up the product and these are transferred to the cooling conveyor where the products are released. The machines dimensions and number of vacuum heads are determined by the line capacity, pan sizes, layout, etcetera. Each machine is custom-made and provided with a vacuum system. MAIN FEATURES:

The Turn-Over Depanner will take hold of a number of bread pans (depending on the machine capacity) and will turn them up-side-down. During this motion breads are prevented from falling out. The empty straps are rotated back to the strap conveyor. The baked products will leave the depanner on the cooling belt conveyor. MAIN FEATURES:
